About the Role
You’ll work alongside the Property Management team, helping keep the leasing process running smoothly.
Conducting open homes and property inspections
Processing rental applications
Responding to tenant enquiries and following up prospective renters
Completing tenant reference checks
Assisting with routine inspections
Supporting Property Managers with day-to-day tasks
Helping deliver a smooth experience for landlords and tenants
About You
We’re open to both junior candidates and experienced Leasing Consultants.
A current NSW Certificate of Registration
Your own car and a valid driver's licence
A positive,
proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Robust communication and customer service skills
Good organisation and attention to detail
The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Previous leasing experience is welcome but not essential . We’re more interested in finding someone reliable, enthusiastic and keen to build a career in real estate.
