Gildas in Sydney is seeking a Section Waiter (casual, about 25 hours per week) to join our rapid-paced, fine-dining team. You will deliver attentive service, carry three plates, and support a busy section with polish and professionalism.

The role requires at least two years’ fine-dining experience, solid communication, and availability for nights and weekends. Australian working rights are essential; ongoing training and staff perks are provided.
