PERMANENT FULLTIME/PART TIME SENIOR ACCOUNTANT POSITION n

Due to the continued growth of our organisation and client base, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team on either a full-time or part-time basis. Based in our modern open-plan office in the heart of the Perth CBD, this role provides accounting and administrative support to a portfolio of private family offices and not-for-profit organisations. We are looking for a dedicated professional who possesses solid accounting knowledge, sound judgement, and a practical approach to financial management.

Key responsibilities n

Assistance with the preparation of statutory financial statements
n
Audit preparation and liaison with external auditors
n
Company secretarial duties, including preparation of agendas and minutes
n
Accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
n
Bank reconciliations
n
Payroll processing and administration
n
Payroll tax compliance and reporting
n
Superannuation Guarantee compliance and reporting
n
Preparation and reconciliation of Business Activity Statements (BAS)
n

About you nn
CPA or CA qualification (essential)
n
Strong accounting and business knowledge
n




Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
n
High attention to detail and accuracy
n
Advanced proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
n
Solid verbal and written communication skills
n
A proactive, qualified, and team-oriented approach
n
Flexible full-time or part-time arrangements
