We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Warehouse Operator to join our organisation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to service excellence and a proven ability to perform warehouse duties in the shipping and receiving areas and has broad documentation and report responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

Responsible for receipt, issuance, control and documentation of all material into and out of receiving, warehouse, stockroom and shipping in a timely, accurate manner.

Reconcile inventory physical count vs. Oracle transactions and Lot History Records.

Prepare and reconcile daily cycle count processes and prepare reports.

Receives and unloads trucks, reviewing all incoming material, and delivers to appropriate department.

Stocks materials in warehouse and maintains inventory on operating supplies, raw materials and finished goods.





Processes shipments of finished goods to customers and other miscellaneous shipments.

Ensures compliance with CGMP's and SOP's.

About you

A minimum of one year work related experience

Must have a current forklift licence

Ability to become proficient in the use of ORACLE software and other programs used by the organization

Strong organisational and time management skills

A positive attitude and a genuine passion for assisting others

A solid understanding of warehousing/shipping/planning processes
