Morrisons is seeking a Trading Manager to lead a busy store team and drive best-in-class product availability. You will report to the Store Manager and oversee trading routines, promotions, and staff development to deliver exceptional shopping experiences.

You will manage shift rotas, attendance, and on-the-job training to empower colleagues across departments while ensuring safety, compliance, and robust customer service at every aisle.
