Berry Street is seeking a Foster Care Case Manager in Shepparton, Victoria to provide case management and care coordination for children and young people in foster care. You will work with foster carers, families, Child Protection and schools to promote safety, wellbeing and stability.
The role emphasises developing child-centred, trauma-informed plans, coordinating Care Team meetings and supporting carers to maintain placements within Berry Street’s Therapeutic Foster Care model.
