We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established real estate agency in St Ives on a temporary basis, with potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.
The Role:
Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 residential properties
Handle day-to-day landlord and tenant enquiries
Coordinate repairs, maintenance and contractors
Manage arrears and lease renewals
Conduct routine inspections and open homes as required
Ensure the portfolio is managed efficiently and professionally

About You:
Previous property management experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confident working autonomously and able to hit the ground running
Current Certificate of Registration (COR) required
