Sirius. in Sydney is seeking a Lead Performance Engineer Consultant to drive end-to-end performance engineering across cloud-native platforms, Siebel CRM, API and data layers.

You will lead testing strategies, mentor engineers, and collaborate with architects, DevOps and business stakeholders to ensure production readiness. The role requires 10+ years in performance testing and engineering, hands-on leadership, and solid experience with LoadRunner or equivalent tools on Azure/AWS.
