Job Description

Junior Adventures Group is seeking a Service Manager for a large Outside School Hours Care service in NSW. You will lead a sizeable team of Coordinators and Educators, drive program quality and ensure robust partnerships with families and schools.

You will be Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor, overseeing budgets, rostering, enrolments and compliance while maintaining a positive, growth-focused team culture.
