AAMG is seeking an experienced Leading Hand / Hydraulic Cylinder Rebuild Technician in Mackay to join a specialised workshop team. The role focuses on inspection, repair and reconditioning of Caterpillar hydraulic cylinders to OEM standards, with access to top-of-the-line tooling and your own toolbox.

You will lead a small team, coordinate rebuild work, and contribute to safety, quality and continuous improvement in a structured workshop setting.
