A well-established residential aged care provider in NSW seeks a Quality & Compliance Officer to strengthen quality, compliance and clinical governance across its homes. You will lead audits, identify gaps and guide operational teams to implement improvements in a hands-on, multi-site workplace.

You will collaborate with managers to enhance policies, risk management and staff education, contributing to a robust Clinical Governance Framework and ongoing quality initiatives across the region.
