Our client is a major national commercial service provider operating a up-to-date, automated processing facility in Alexandria.
The Role
You will maintain and repair high-volume industrial machinery, support planned maintenance schedules, and respond to site breakdowns to ensure seamless production.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain, fault-find, and repair industrial processing equipment, dryers, ironers, and conveyor systems.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults during breakdowns, start-ups, and shutdowns.
Execute scheduled preventative maintenance and log work via the site management system.
Work with site utilities including gas, steam systems, pneumatics, and water lines.
Assist with machinery upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects.
Maintain site safety standards and report hazard risks.
Candidate Requirements
Valid Australian Electrical Licence (Cert III Electrotechnology).
Strong industrial maintenance background with solid mechanical fault-finding skills.
Experience with pneumatics, steam/gas utilities, or automated machinery (highly regarded).
Full Australian work rights.
