For 12 years, Minto Family Dental has been looking after the smiles of our local community. We’re a friendly three-chair general dental practice at Minto Marketplace, and we’re looking for a warm, reliable Dental Assistant to join our team in a permanent role starting November 2026.
n
Clinical skills matter, but what we value most is someone who genuinely enjoys caring for patients . That means putting a nervous patient at ease, making kids feel welcome, and making sure every person leaves feeling looked after.
What you’ll be doing n
n
Chairside assisting across a wide range of general dental procedures
n
Welcoming and supporting patients before, during and after treatment
n
Preparing and maintaining surgeries, instruments and materials
n
Following infection control and sterilisation protocols
n
Helping at reception and with patient bookings when needed
n
What we’re looking for nn
A real passion for patient care and a calm, friendly manner
n
Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting (preferred), or relevant experience
n
A positive understanding of infection control standards
n
A team player who is organised, punctual and takes pride in their work
n
Experience with ,IO scanning, Dental4Windows/Web is a bonus
n
Full working rights in Australia and up-to-date immunisations
n
Browny points if you’re creative, comfortable behind the camera, and enjoy social media
