Job Description

Citco is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Legal Entity Governance & Oversight in Sydney. You will build strategic partnerships, lead risk mitigation across SPV locations, and design robust governance, AML and regulatory frameworks within a quick-paced fund services workplace.

You will oversee training, policy development, and performance reporting while collaborating with global teams to ensure robust oversight of legal entities and outsourcing controls.
