The Role
Horticultural maintenance
Softscaping
Lawn care
Landscape maintenance machinery operation
Irrigation installation, repair, and maintenance (advantageous)
Plant selection and planting skills
Integrated weed and pest management skills
Implementing and following long-term maintenance strategies
Understanding and following job site safety protocols

Requirements
Passionate about the industry and the work
A minimum 2 years of industry experience in a similiar role
Certificate III in Horticulture or higheradvantageous
Soundknowledge of pests and diseases
Sound plant identification skills
Physically fit and capable of working outdoors;
Current driver's license;
Team Leader experienceis advantageous;
Can workautonomously or in a team setting
Can deliver strong, process-driven results in a timely manner
Possess excellentcustomer service and interpersonal skills
This position requires someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, has a solid work ethic and has a positive can-do attitude.
