Marist180 is seeking a House Manager to lead our Residential Care program in Orange, NSW. This permanent full time role involves in office leadership, safeguarding youth, staff supervision, and coordinating operations, budgeting, and care planning within a trauma-informed framework.

You will work closely with clinicians and HR to support young people and staff, delivering a secure, healing environment and compliant, respectful service delivery.
