A major mechanical contractor has recently established a recent division and is seeking an experienced HVAC Site Manager to help grow and deliver a portfolio of commercial fit-out projects across Sydney.

This is a rare opportunity to get in during the early days of a newly formed division within a well-established business.

You’ll be managing multiple projects at once, with values up to $3m — hands‑on onsite, coordinating subcontractors, managing safety and program, and ensuring high‑quality delivery.

About the Role
Play a key part in growing a newly established commercial fit-out division
Manage commercial HVAC fit-out projects from site establishment through to completion
Run multiple concurrent projects up to $3m in value
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
Manage site safety, quality, and compliance
Monitor progress against programme and budgets
Liaise with clients, consultants, and builders onsite

About You




Proven experience as an HVAC Site Manager or Senior Supervisor
Strong background delivering commercial HVAC fit-out projects
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
Sound understanding of mechanical services and commercial installations
Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors
Strong communication and leadership skills
White Card and relevant trade or technical background preferred
