Key Responsibilities

Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
n
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
n
Assist with month-end reporting and payment runs
n
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
n
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers professionally
n
Contribute to a cooperative team environment in up-to-date office spaces
n
n
Candidate Requirements
n
n
Previous experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance roles
n
Strong data entry and numerical accuracy
n
Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel
n
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
Immediate availability for temporary assignments
n
Holding clearances such as WWCC or Police Checks is desirable, or willingness to obtain
n
