Cabrini Health in Melbourne requests an experienced Pharmacist Team Lead to oversee our Compounding Services in a hospital pharmacy. You will provide leadership for the compounding workforce, ensuring protected and compliant preparation of sterile medicines and collaboration with nursing and medical teams to optimise patient outcomes.

You will drive quality, safety and innovation, mentor staff, support service development and participate in strategic planning to shape future compounding services.
