ASAP Recruitment is seeking an organised individual to join our team as aRecruitment team to be based at our Client in Berrinba. This role will see youbeing responsible for monitoring our casual employee attendance and performance. No experience required all training to be given.

You will need to be able to have honest discussion with our casual employees.

Key responsibilities of this position include:
Client servicing:
Casual performance
Rostering
Manage candidates employed by ASAP Recruitment
Create and maintain crucial client/candidate relationship management
Assisting other states with roster updates
use of basic excel

To be considered for this position you need to have:
Previous administration and/or customer service and/or supervisionexperience
Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
Solid attention to detail
Possess a desire to work within a team environment
A drivers licence and reliable vehicle is essential
