Westpac Group is seeking an Executive Manager, Business Controls and Monitoring to lead risk specialists supporting the Chief Data and Analytics Office. You will strengthen risk frameworks, policies and governance while partnering with senior stakeholders to identify and remediate risks and incidents.

You will guide root-cause analysis, provide risk insights for committees, and support protected delivery of transformation across CDAO and the Shared Data and AI Delivery Unit.
