Patrick's Bakery, a busy bakery café in Regents Park, seeks a hands-on supervisor to run the floor during service and manage the shop in the owner’s absence. You will lead a team of 10–12, own the coffee, train others, and ensure smooth service with a focus on quality pies and pastries.
We require solid barista experience on a commercial machine, supervisory experience, and availability for 5am starts plus weekend work.
