Your Role n

A leading ASX listed organisation is seeking senior commercial lawyer with marketing/consumer law experience to join their In-House legal team in Sydney. This will be a broad role and involve working closely with the business across; marketing/consumer law, privacy/spam, digital, technology and commercial contracting.

Key Responsibilities n

n
Drafting and negotiating general commercial contracts
n
Providing support on a broad range of exciting marketing, digital and growth related initiatives
n
Managing, negotiating & advising the business on a range of commercial IT agreements
n
Advising on privacy law matters
n
Liaising closely with the business and external counsel
n

Key Requirements nn




Ideally a minimum of 5 years PQE gained in-house or from a respected private practice firm.
n
Broad ranging experience in the areas of marketing/consumer law, privacy and digital
n
Prior exposure to commercial IT agreements is also highly regarded
n
Resilient with a calm demeanour & a solutions-focused approach.
n
Robust interpersonally with an ability to build effective relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
n
