Federato is seeking a Founding Senior Customer Engineer to drive technical discovery, solution design, and high‑impact demos for insurance carriers and MGUs. Based in Sydney, you will partner with Sales to accelerate deals and co‑create ready‑to‑use content and demo settings that showcase risk‑prospect and portfolio optimization.

You will own the pre‑sales lifecycle, mentor team members, and help shape the roadmap with Product and Engineering to address customer pain points.
