We’re opening an exciting current café in the heart of Surfers Paradise — a fresh, vibrant space where great coffee, amazing food, and genuine hospitality come together. We’re on the hunt for an experienced and hands-on Café Manager to lead our crew and shape the culture from day one.
What You’ll Do
You’ll run the show — from daily operations to creating a welcoming vibe that keeps locals and visitors coming back. This is your chance to put your stamp on something new and build a team that loves what they do.
You’ll be responsible for:
Leading and engaging a passionate front and back of house team
Managing rosters, stock, and budgets
Driving service standards and guest satisfaction
Ensuring smooth,
efficient daily operations
