As a key player in the property sector, they are going through exciting transformation and are currently seeking a detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join their high-performing, close-knit finance team.
The Role:
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:
Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Preparation of month-end financial reports
Posting journals and maintaining general ledger integrity
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
Working closely with auditors to transparent outstanding compliance work
Supporting the team with ad hoc financial tasks
About You:
CA/CPA/ACCA qualified or working towards it
Prior exposure to property development is desirable, though not essential
Prior experience of working as an auditor is preferred
You bring an engaging personality and clear, skilled communication skills
