Arcare Ringwood is seeking an After Hours Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversee delivery of high-quality, person-centred care during night shifts. You will guide care staff, support residents, and foster a positive, cooperative workplace culture.

The role requires current AHPRA registration, a Bachelor of Nursing (or higher), and at least 2 years’ aged care RN experience with robust leadership and documentation skills.
