Bromic Group in Sydney, NSW is seeking an enthusiastic IT helpdesk qualified for an onsite role in Ingleburn. You will work with the IT team across user support, device setup, troubleshooting, and general IT coordination.

You’ll diagnose hardware and software issues, provide first-level support via phone, email, and in person, and help onboard recent staff with secure access and system configurations. A proactive, cooperative mindset is essential.
