About the role:

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our recycling facility in Smithfield. No prior experience is required, but you must be comfortable working in a dirty, quick-paced setting. This role offers a explicit path to grow into a team leader position, overseeing the dayshift team. While experience in similar fields like warehousing, labouring, or people management is a plus, it’s not essential. We’re looking for someone committed to building a long-term career with a large national company, not just a job.

Must be prepared to stand for 6 – 8 hours at a time
