Essential Experience
12+ years of enterprise application management experience.
5+ years leading enterprise application portfolios.
Experience managing SaaS and COTS business applications.
Solid stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience working with multi-tiered and distributed architectural landscapes.
Experience working with offshore and distributed support teams.
Experience leading application transitions and service stabilization programs.
Robust ITIL experience with preferred exposure in Service Now.
