Project Lead for Health and Community Projects - North Sydney

Opportunity to lead design team with Health, Education and Residential projects. Boutique studio with solid pipeline of work.

A small design studio with projects across Health, Education, Hospitality,Commercial, Community, and Residential are looking for a Graduate/Architect with a keen interest in Health projects.Good verbal and written communication skills are essentialand the ability to work in a team is essential.Enthusiasm and eagerness for career progression within small to mid-sized projects across these sectors is a must.

Key responsibilities
Contribute to a variety of local Commercial, Education and Health projects
Revit modelling and documentation
Work closely with existing team members
Undertake design projects from concept to completion




Production of working drawings, detailing and delivery and implementation of drawing packages
Client and consultant coordination

Skills and experience
Enthusiasm and curiosity in the health sector
Solid Revitdocumentation experience within an architectural practice required
Great attitude and a hands-on approach
Experience in the health sector is beneficial but not critical
Local knowledge of Access code and BCAs essential
