UnitingCare BlueCare in Queensland is seeking a Registered Nurse for community care delivery across Woody Point, Margate and surrounding areas. You will provide person-centred nursing in clients' homes, ensuring secure settings and applying clinical skills to improve quality of life during scheduled visits.

You will travel between locations to complete community visits, build relationships with clients, and uphold clinical standards while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.
