Thisisanexcellentopportunityforsomeonewithatechnicalbackgroundwhoenjoyscombiningtechnicalknowledgewithcustomerinteraction.
Youwillplayakeyroleinsupportingcustomers,identifyingtechnical requirementsandassistingwiththedeliveryofproductsandengineeringsolutions.

Workingcloselywithengineers,customersandsuppliers,youwillhelpensureclientsreceivetherighttechnicaladviceandresponsiveservice.

KeyResponsibilities
Providetechnicalsalesassistanceandproductsupporttocustomers.




Understandcustomerrequirementsandrecommendappropriatesolutions.
Respondtotechnicalenquiriesandassistwithtroubleshooting.
Preparequotations,proposalsandproductinformation.
Liaisewithengineers,suppliersandcustomerstoresolvetechnicalissues.
Supportbusinessdevelopmentactivitiesandmaintainstrongcustomerrelationships.
Assistwithorderprocessing,productselectionandongoingcustomerservice.
Keepuptodatewithelectroniccomponents,productsandemergingtechnologies.

Experienceintechnicalsales, customersupportorelectronicsdistribution.
Strongcommunicationandproblem-solvingskills.
Theabilitytointerprettechnicalspecificationsandexplaintechnicalconceptsclearly.
Acustomer-focusedapproachandtheconfidencetoengagewithbothtechnicalandnon-technicalstakeholders.
