NW Skilled Services seeks an experienced Warehouse 2IC to lead a energetic team in a fast-paced workplace. You will partner with the DC Manager to drive on-time flow of goods, optimise processes and develop staff across shifts.

You will own inventory control, cycle counts and process improvements, while upholding WHS standards and safe working practices. Strong leadership and WMS experience are essential.
