Metro North Health's The Prince Charles Hospital in Brisbane is seeking a Graduate Social Worker to develop clinical skills within a supportive hospital setting. You will work with experienced social workers and multidisciplinary teams to assess, intervene, and support patients and families with complex needs.

You will contribute to discharge planning, referrals, and patient-centred outcomes, while pursuing career development in line with AASW standards within a values-driven workplace.
