RestorX Services, part of the Johns Lyng Group, seeks a highly organized File Manager to join our RestorX Insurance Services team. This role focuses on preparing and submitting initial reports for insurance restoration claims, ensuring all documentation is accurate and delivered within client SLAs.
You will work with Supervisors, Project Managers and our operations team to gather information, prepare reports and ensure jobs progress through the early stages of the restoration process.
