Cricket Australia is seeking a Consumer Growth Specialist to join the Big Bash Leagues team. The role focuses on turning fans and participants into attendees, driving ticket sales and memberships through targeted campaigns and insights-driven strategies.

You’ll collaborate with clubs and the Senior Manager, Consumer and Commercial Growth to implement crowd-building initiatives, optimize fan experiences, and grow attendance across the Big Bash and WBBL events.
