We're looking for a Change Manager to work on a technology transformation project for one of our clients in the insurance sector.

About the Role
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
Conduct change impact assessments across people, processes, technology and ways of working
Identify and engage key stakeholders across multiple projects
Develop and deliver targeted communications and engagement activities
Develop and coordinate training and supporting materials
Support user readiness,



adoption and transition activities
Develop practical change artefacts, including impact assessments, stakeholder plans, communications plans, training approaches and adoption plans

About You
Demonstrated experience delivering technology and business change initiatives
Solid experience across the full change lifecycle, from strategy and impact assessment through to implementation and adoption
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience working for an insurance provider.
