The Royal Women’s Hospital in Parkville is seeking an experienced Grade 2 Social Worker to join the Social Work Department. You will provide holistic care to women and newborns, develop case plans, support adjustment to recent diagnoses, and discharge planning within a supportive team.
In this role you will work with a range of clinical teams to support patients and families, engage in risk assessments for vulnerable patients, and supervise students.
