Endeavour Group is seeking a Safety, Health & Wellbeing Lead to drive safety across NSW/ACT stores and venues. You will prevent workplace incidents, ensure compliance, and champion our Safety, Health & Wellbeing Strategy on the ground.

Travel across sites to coach teams, conduct inspections, investigate incidents, and support wellbeing initiatives. A solid WHS background in retail/hospitality and ICAM are essential.
