AeroPM is seeking a Capture & Operations Manager (Defence) based in Barton, ACT. This full time role reports to the CEO and General Manager, leading chance capture, bid management, and key operational activities across Defence and government sectors.

You will coordinate end-to-end capture processes, maintain readiness, and support business development with strong Defence acumen and stakeholder engagement. Local travel and full-time in office work are expected.
