Koko Black Group seeks a hands-on Kitchen Team Leader for the Afternoon Shift in Victoria. You will coordinate the daily production plan in the prep and pastry kitchen, lead a team, ensure recipes and quality standards are met, and support onboarding as well as cross‑functional collaboration to keep production on track.

You will coach and develop staff, monitor safety, waste and yield, and champion craftsmanship and premium quality in all tasks.
