THE POSITION
Managing a dynamic team to provide encouraging guidance and success in their work
Developing rosters of scheduled and reactive cleaning requirements.
Manage front of house office requirements for accommodation bookings and general enquiries.
Robust view in support of Job Safety Analysis and well-being
Encourage team commitment and motivation
Maintain up to date cleaning processes and procedures, and assist in review of process and procedures

THE PERSON




Hold fullAustralian Citizenship due to the secure nature of the site
Hold a valid Australian driver's license and reliable transportation to get to the base
Experience in a similar position as a cleaner or housekeeper
Chemical handling experience is advantageous
Strong attention to detail and take pride in your work is essential
Be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills
A positive attitude and friendly attitude

The preferred applicant will be required to be an Australian citizen to achieve a Defence Baseline Security Clearance and pass an Australian Federal Police check prior to confirmation of employment.
