Initiative Sydney is seeking a Group Business Director to lead one of our flagship financial services clients. You’ll oversee a team of about a dozen and partner with the Managing Partner to shape strategy across offline/ATL, digital and addressable media, delivering robust client outcomes.
The role is a permanent position in Sydney with hybrid working: three days in the office and two from home, with a culture of collaboration, accountability and performance across the client portfolio.
