Smith and Nephew seeks a Commercial Capability Lead, ANZ, cross franchises, to strengthen commercial execution across Australia and Current Zealand from its Sydney base. You will partner with senior leaders, design and deliver the sales enablement curriculum, and coach Sales Directors and Managers to lift performance.

You will drive capability development aligned with business priorities, work with Franchise Leadership Teams, and participate in leadership forums to shape strategic outcomes.
