Our client is a family run Builder producing over 120 homes annually across the local Sydney market. They are a growing business in the volume and custom building market with a small tight knit team based out of Southwest Sydney.

As they expand, we are looking to bring on an additional Customer Service Administrator to join their office. This position will be responsible for managing the customer's experience throughout pre-construction, as well as coordinating the end to end work flow throughout the pre-construction process.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Pre-Construction or Customer Service Officer to join a growing business in the volume building market.

The right candidate will have strong time management, customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a challenging and quick paced setting. This role will be extremely customer focused and driven around the clients pre-construction experience.

You will be the point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders,



be responsible for managing all aspects of the pre-construction phase including coordinating council permits and applications with the internal Permits Officer, and will be the first point of contact for the customers throughout pre-construction.

Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience working as a Customer Service Officer or a Pre-Construction Administrator with a Home Builder
Solid attention to detail
Robust administrative skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, energetic and driven individual with a positive attitude
