Job Description

City Fertility is hiring Patient Concierges at the Fountain Gate Health Hub for part time or casual roles. You will be the first friendly face for patients, handling check-ins, inquiries and directing people to the right service with discretion.

This role requires excellent communication, a customer-service focus and the ability to manage bookings, payments, and front-of-house operations in a confidential, caring IVF setting.
