Tropico Fruits is an Australian owned and operated manufacturer of premium fruit juices, purees and fruit preparations supplied to leading domestic and international customers.

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our Engineering team. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining and improving our production equipment, ensuring maximum reliability, food safety and operational performance.

What you’ll do:
Fault finding and breakdown repairs
Preventative maintenance on production equipment
Stainless steel TIG welding and fabrication
Machinery improvements and maintenance projects
Support production to maximise uptime
Work within GMP, HACCP and LOTO requirements

About you:
Trade qualified Maintenance Fitter or Fitter & Turner
Experience within FMCG or food manufacturing preferred




Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
TIG welding experience
Reliable, safety-focused and proactive
Able to work independently and within a team

Advantageous: Restricted Electrical Licence, Forklift Licence, Working at Heights, EWP, Confined Space and First Aid.
