Connect 'n' Grow seeks an Expert Health Trainer – Individual Support to bring real‑world Individual Support experience into classrooms. You will train secondary students, mentor them through practical activities and help career awareness across Brisbane South, Logan, the northern Gold Coast and Ipswich.

You will deliver engaging sessions four days per week with one WFH day for planning, marking and admin. A car allowance supports travel between sites.
