The Valuable Guys is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to join our store operations and drive profitable sales growth. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will coordinate and supervise daily store functions and coach the operations team using our development framework.

You will lead multi-channel fulfilment, handle customer queries, support compliance, and contribute to a positive store and brand experience through merchandising and presentation.
